The concept of Motherhood can take many different forms or inhabit multiple bodies in our lives, often defined more by feeling and action than by blood or biology.
The Mother Figure by our definition is the embodiment of utmost wisdom and grace, the life lesson lecturer, the one to quash our queasiest of qualms, the ammunition to our most admirable ambitions, the band aid bestower, and our cardinal confidant.
This Sunday we will be celebrating and honouring all Mothers, in whatever shape they may take, because they truly deserve the world, moon and stars for putting up with our endless shenanigans and still loving us unconditionally and unequivocally.
We encourage you on this day especially, but also every day, to simply show gratitude for all the Mothers in your life. They are the one who stand fearlessly in the gap of your known and unknown, and who contentedly carry the weight of your world on their shoulders.
All with a smile on their faces, and a twinkle in their eye.
